ABOUT FORMENZO
Formenzo is a UAE-based route-check and quoting platform for free-zone company formation. Workbook-backed pricing, no hidden advisor markup, bank-readiness signal — not a bank, not a law firm, not an authority.
Formenzo is built by a UAE-resident team based between Sharjah licensing operations and Dubai founder support. The team maintains the workbook-pricing pipeline, authority filing discipline, and founder service layer behind UAE free-zone formation.

Every quote we generate is split into two named lines: the authority fee and the Formenzo service fee. The authority fee is a pass-through quoted at the figure in that zone's current workbook, with no hidden advisor markup. The Formenzo service fee is what we charge to run your case end-to-end, and you see it as a single line on the quote before you commit.
Where we hold an authority partner relationship, we may receive a referral payment from the zone for cases we route in. That payment is built into the Formenzo service fee a founder sees on the quote; it is not stacked on top of the authority fee as a hidden markup. We will not route a founder to a zone that does not fit the activity, headcount, or budget purely because the commission is higher — the route logic is workbook-driven and editorial.
Yes. The refund window depends on which stage your case has reached — before authority submission, full refund of the service fee is the default; once the file has been submitted to the authority, costs already incurred cannot be reversed. The detailed terms live on the refund policy page.
You do. The documents you upload remain your property; Formenzo holds them as a processor for the purpose of preparing and filing your case and for the UAE legal-retention periods that follow. We do not use your KYC documents, shareholder details, or workbook contents to train any AI model. The exact data-handling terms are in the privacy policy.
No. UAE banks open accounts directly — only the bank can do that, and only the bank can approve or decline. What we do is the bank-readiness signal, which scores your case against the factors UAE banks weigh during onboarding and tells you where to strengthen your file before you apply. Final bank acceptance is not guaranteed by Formenzo.
The prices shown in the comparison tool are read live from the workbook tables we maintain on the platform. When an authority issues a new workbook, we ingest it, diff it, label the changes, and publish the new table. The figure you see in the live tool is the figure your case manager works against on the same day — not a snapshot from a static page.
Yes. Formenzo is a new platform, built by a small UAE-resident team. We have chosen to build the workbook coverage and editorial standard up first, rather than chase scale through advertising. If you are looking for a vendor with two decades of UAE incorporation history, we are not that. If you are looking for a platform that shows you the route and the AED before anyone asks for a phone number, that is what we are building.
