Legal - Terms of Service

The rules that govern your use of Formenzo and our company formation services. Please read carefully.

Effective date: 15 April 2026 · Last updated: 15 April 2026

1. About Formenzo

Formenzo is operated by YABS Public Relations Management LLC (Trade License 788672), a company registered in Dubai, UAE. These terms apply to the use of formenzo.com and all related services.

2. Services we provide

  • UAE company formation (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore)
  • Residence visa processing and Emirates ID applications
  • Bank account opening coordination with UAE banks
  • Tax registration (VAT, Corporate Tax) with the FTA
  • Ongoing compliance (license renewal, VAT filing, ESR, UBO)
  • PRO (Public Relations Officer) services

3. Scope — what we don't do

  • We don't provide legal advice. For legal opinions, consult a licensed UAE legal advisor.
  • We don't guarantee bank account approval. Banks make independent decisions.
  • We don't process activities requiring special regulatory licenses (banking, insurance, crypto VARA) without additional engagement.
  • We don't handle tax advice beyond registration and filing of standard returns.

4. Pricing & payments

All prices on formenzo.com are in AED (UAE Dirhams) and include government fees, service fees, and applicable taxes unless noted. Payment is collected via Stripe, Telr, or bank transfer. Invoices are issued for every transaction.

Some optional add-ons (additional visas, premium banking, accounting subscriptions) are billed separately.

5. 14-day money-back guarantee

If within 14 days of payment we have not made meaningful progress (defined as: initial approval submitted to the Free Zone authority or DED), you may request a 100% refund. No questions asked.

After 14 days or once initial approval is received, refunds are prorated based on work completed. Government fees (already paid to Free Zones/DED) are non-refundable.

6. Your obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete information (passport, address, business details).
  • Submit documents in a timely manner.
  • Disclose any prior UAE visa bans or restrictions at onboarding.
  • Pay invoices on time.
  • Not use Formenzo for illegal activities or sanction violations.

7. Timelines (estimates, not guarantees)

Typical timelines for UAE Free Zone setup:

  • Trade license: 5–10 business days after initial approval.
  • Residence visa: 12–17 days per applicant after license issuance.
  • Bank account: 14–28 days after Emirates ID issuance.

Delays caused by government authorities, incomplete documents, or bank compliance reviews are outside our control and do not trigger refund obligations.

8. Confidentiality

Any information you share is confidential and used only to deliver our services. We don't share client data with third parties except as required to complete your formation (see our Privacy Policy).

9. Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email. Continued use of Formenzo after changes constitutes acceptance.
