Choose a scenario, add the initial business preferences and verify the contact method you want to use. No passport or identity upload is required at this stage.
If an authority or later service requires identity or supporting documents, the request appears in the secure portal with the reason and the next action.
Short answers
No. The scenario is for comparison. Payment follows only after a written review shows the applicable requirements, scope and price validity.
The written review identifies the quote-validity window and any open condition. If the activity, authority requirement or selected option changes, the updated scope is shown before you approve it.
The public dataset records the published configuration used for the comparison. You can inspect it directly and see the listed verification date.
